9 years since my AH-HA moment when I was introduced to EOS®.

My first boss asked me to lead the department the day after I finished my apprenticeship, I was 24 years old. Leading a group of seasoned journeymen was my first taste of leadership and I knew it was what I was born to do. 

I was later hand selected to attend a high-potential employee series of classes and worked with a mentor to mold my leadership abilities.  This, along with dozens of other leadership classes and real life experiences, helped make me into the leader I am today.  Even with all the training, there was always something missing that brought it all together.  It was then that I found EOS® and realized it packaged everything I had learned in the previous 30 years and put it into an amazing format for everyday use.

EOS® has allowed me to realize my passion of growing future leaders and enabling others to exceed their potential.  I build leaders who build leaders. 

I have been blessed with the God-given ability to not only see the vision, but to put it into terms and a plan that others will follow.
